Lifting of suspension by SC and reinstatement of Dato’ Dr Nazri Khan as Portfolio Manager for IPAM

Dear Valued Clients,

Further to the statement issued by Inter-Pacific Asset Management Sdn Bhd (“IPAM”) on 23^rd December 2022, we wish to inform that the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) had, on 22^nd June 2023, lifted the suspension of Dato’ Dr. Nazri Khan’s (“DDNK”) Capital Market Services Representative License (“CMSRL”). Prior to this, DDNK had been suspended for 6 months pursuant to Section 72(3) of the Capital Market and Services Act 2007 (“CMSA”).

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our clients for their unwavering support throughout this period. We wish to assure you that we will continue to prioritize compliance, risk management and maintaining a strong regulatory framework moving forward.
