SIDREC’s Frequent Asked Questions
Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Center (SIDREC) was established by the Securities Commission of Malaysia as an independent and impartial alternative dispute resolution centre to help investors resolve their monetary disputes with capital market intermediaries or financial service providers who are SIDREC Members.
SIDREC Members include Stockbrokers, Derivatives Brokers, Fund Management Companies, Unit Trust Management Companies, Private Retirement Schemes (PRS) Providers and Distributors, and Banks who offer capital market products.
If you have a complaint involving a monetary claim relating to a capital market product or service, such as shares, warrants, bonds, derivatives (e.g. futures or options), unit trusts, PRS, and structured products, that you are unable to resolve with SIDREC Member, their representative or agent, and you would like SIDREC help, please get in touch with SIDREC.
